Christopher Busson
Location: Enoggera, Queensland
Areas of expertise: Transformation and strategic change, project management (agile and waterfall), operational efficiency and improvement, test management
Years of experience: 8+ Years
Type of role I’m looking for: I’m seeking a leadership role focused on transformation, delivery, or program execution. Ideally, the role would allow me to lead teams driving strategic initiatives that unlock value through innovation, customer-centric design, and operational efficiency.
Work schedule: Open to full-time or contract, in office or hybrid/remote
What I like about working in tech: I enjoy the pace, the problem-solving, and the ability to create tangible impact. I particularly enjoy aligning technology with business strategy—helping organisations modernise, simplify, and unlock growth through well-executed transformation. Working in tech also means constantly learning, and that continuous evolution keeps me energised and curious.
Best career advice I’ve ever received: "Be known for outcomes, not effort." Early in my career, a mentor taught me that delivering results—measurable, aligned, and sustainable—will always carry more weight than how busy you are.
Why you should hire me: I bring both strategic clarity and delivery discipline. I have led transformation streams across regulated and complex environments, built high-performing teams and delivered outcomes that stick. I thrive in roles where I can bridge business ambition with practical execution. I don’t want to just lead change—I want to ensure it lands, scales, and endures.

What I like about working in tech: I like that it’s an ever-evolving landscape. New technologies and trends emerging consistently keeps the work interesting. Best career advice I’ve ever received: Never lose the passion in what you do best. When you stay passionate about what you do best, it becomes more than just a job, it becomes something you're proud of, something that motivates you to keep learning, improving, and pushing through the tough days. Passion fuels creativity and resilience. It keeps work from becoming routine or stale, even after years in the field.
Why you should hire me: I'm a generalist, a rare find.
